Coaches Meeting: 7:30 am START Time (AM Wave), 2:30 pm (PM Wave)
Tournament START Time: 8 am (AM Wave) and 3 pm (PM Wave)
Check-in should be completed at the tournament desk prior to the Coach's meeting. A picture ID for each coach on the roster is required along with a medical release form for each player on the roster. Please provide your governing seasons SportsEngine roster or event specific AES roster. Handwritten rosters and Team Registration forms will not be permitted.
Format - Competition will consist of pool play only. Match play is best 2 of 3 sets to 25, 3rd set to 15, if needed. No tie breaker sets will be played. Ties will be resolved by the standard procedure: 2 way tie = head-to-head; 3 way tie = set % (sets won / total sets played and head-to-head if 2 teams are still tied), then if needed point % (points won / total points played and head-to-head if 2 teams are still tied).
3 Team pools will be best 2 out of 3 games.
