Coaches Meeting: 7:30 am START Time (AM Wave), 2:30 pm (PM Wave)
Tournament START Time: 8 am (AM Wave) and 3 pm (PM Wave)
Check-in should be completed at the tournament desk prior to the Coach's meeting. A picture ID for each coach on the roster is required along with a medical release form for each player on the roster. Please provide your verified SportEngine or AES roster. Handwritten rosters and Team Registration forms will not be permitted.
It is the goal of the Arizona Region to supply a paid R1 for every court, every match. However, that is becoming increasingly hard to do. Each coach should bring a whistle and be prepared to R1 during their team ref assignments for every tournament. If you have a paid R1, that is a bonus. If you don't, you are prepared.
