Beginning with the 2021 Season, the Arizona Region has transitioned to SportEngine Member Management System (SE MMS), USAV's new registration system.
In addition to membership, the following additional forms will be needed to complete the registration process. Please look at all categories that you may be registering for.
Membership is not effective until all fees and other required paperwork are received and processed. Payment should be made online during the registration process. Pre-registration can begin as early as Aug 1 of each season. Register early to avoid the crush prior to tryouts.
Junior Players - turn all required paperwork into your club for submission to the Region.
