Vulture Peak Challenge is back for 2023
Vulture Peak Challenge is BACK! The tournament will be held in the Phoenix metro area on the weekend of March 25 & 26.
- Divisions offered will be 12s, 14s, 16s, 18s.
- Entry Fee will be $350 for 5 guarantee matches.
- Submit entry form and fee to the AZ Region office to register.
Deadline to Enter
The earlier of March 9, 2023, 5:00 p.m. or when the division is filled.
Prior to COVID, this tournament filled to capacity well before the deadline.
Check-in and Format
- Check in begins 1 hour prior to first match start time of the wave on the Miller Way entrance to Building B. Credentials will be distributed at check in. Only 2 adults maximum will be given credentials per team.
- Check in is to be completed 1/2 hour before the first match start time of the pool.
- Bring current dated AES or verified SportsEngine roster to check in. NO AAU or unverified rosters will be accepted.
Saturday Start time is 8 am or 3 pm unless noted differently on the pool schedule. Sunday bracket times will be posted on the bracket sheet. If your team is off the first round, the coach must still check in 1/2 hour prior to the first match of the pool. The team should also be on site in the event of a format change.
Pool play followed by bracket play on day two - 5 matches guaranteed. There are some divisions that have challenge matches that could be played on Saturday after pool play or Sunday morning.
The Vulture Peak Challenge will all be played at Bell Bank Park. Because this is a 2 day event, there will be a gate charge for spectators. Players and coaches will receive credentials for entry.
