The Arizona Region hosted it's annual Fall General Assembly Junior Girl's Club Forum on September 19th, 2020 via GoToWebinar. You can find that video on the Jr Forum page of the AZ Region website found here. During the Junior's Forum, the new Coaching Education policy was presented.
The new policy makes recertification simpler and puts more of an emphasis on Coaching Education instead of compliance.

Each NEW coach must take the IMPACT course per USAV directives and Insurance requirements. The new AZ Region coaches education policy now requires coaches to ONLY take IMPACT once every three years. That is the ONLY coaching recertification requirement the AZ Region will enforce.
The PDF file listing all those coaches that are certified through August 31, 2021 and through August 31, 2022 can be found below.
IF YOU ARE NOT ON EITHER OF THESE TWO LISTS, YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE IMPACT TO COACH FOR THIS SEASON.
If you are a NEW Coach, when you purchase for your AZ Region Adult - Coach membership via SportsEngine, there will be a prompt for those never having taken IMPACT before to click on the USAV Academy link and take IMPACT on demand.
If you have taken IMPACT before and are in need of recertification, you will go into your SportsEngine account, click on the USAV Academy link and on the left side navigation bar click on Content Library where all AZ Region Coaches will find the link for IMPACT On Demand.
The Arizona Region is fully committed to coaching education in our Region. To that end, you will see more education offerings including:
