The Arizona Region of USA Volleyball Board of Directors is dedicated to providing indoor and outdoor volleyball opportunities for its members to participate in a safe, positive and appropriately competitive environment.
The Board of Directors has set the 3rd week of each month as their standing board meeting timeframe. The meetings are open to the membership. If there is nothing on the agenda or a quorum will not be met the meeting may be cancelled on or near the meeting date. The Board meetings are normally held at the Arizona Region office - 7100 W. Erie Street, Chandler, AZ 85226 - upstairs in the 2nd building west of Priest on Erie Street (north side of street) - 1/4 mile north of Chandler Blvd.
Guests that plan to attend a meeting should call the AZ Region office to make sure the meeting is being held and to let them know of planned attendance (to make sure we have a room big enough to hold those that want to attend). If a guest has something to address with the Board the item should be placed on the agenda at least 3 days prior to the meeting. The guest will be given 10 minutes to present the agenda item at the beginning of the meeting.

The Girls' Club Junior Forum meets at the General Assembly the 3rd Sunday of September and a date to be announced each spring.
The Boys' Club Junior Forum traditionally meets at 10 am on the first Saturday of August. This year - Aug 1st at 10 am at the Arizona Region office.
