ACE Summer Program

5th Annual Summer Program - June - July Weekly Camps

We host weekly camps, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in June and 2 weeks in July.  We focus on INDIVIDUAL skills training, with high reps in a high energy environment.  We have 3 sessions available each week:

  • Summer Program:  12-2pm each day, focusing on skill development with a strength and conditioning component.  We will also train posture, footwork, jump training, balance, agility along with volleyball skills.
  • Extended Program:  2-4pm each day, building upon the basics, adding in-game scenarios, transition footwork, defense to offense drills.  We will also utilize spike training machines and power spiking and serving machines.
  • JH Program:  Fundamental skills, at a slower pace for the beginning or JH player.  Some weeks will also include Strength and Conditioning.
