All boys and coaches should plan to attend a score/ref clinic to become proficient in scoring and refereeing. Referee assignments are part of every tournament and teams that are not proficient can cause major delays in the progress of the tournament.

Boys Score/Ref clinics are scheduled for Sat, Sept 9th (Phx metro east valley) and Sunday, Sept 10th (American Sports Center - Avondale). Two clinics are scheduled at each site - 10 am - 12 pm and 12 pm - 2 pm.

New for 2018 Season: A rostered adult is required to R2 for every match in all ages at all nationally sanctioned events - this includes all qualifiers, bid tournaments and Jr National Championships. The Arizona Region is working on what their requirement will be. All teams should plan to train adults to R2 during their ref assignments.
