All members must be registered online through the USAV WebPoint system. If you played in the past 5 years you should be in the system already but may need to request a username and password to access your info. If you have not been registered at all with USAV you will need to create the profile in the system. If you were registered in another region last season the Region Office will have to move your membership into Arizona BEFORE you renew the membership.

Come to the Registration Day, Score/Ref Clinic and Friendship Tournament and take care of all this at one time. The Region staff will be there to help register members, collect contracts and team registration forms and fees. Everyone can get it done and then just play. It all takes place on Sunday, Jan 7th at Court One Athletics. For those teams paying the contract, the Friendship tournament is included. For those teams paying as you go, the Friendship tournament is $35. Please let the Region office know if your team will be participating in the score/ref clinic and the Friendship Tournament that day.

Team Reps should push their team members to register online now before the first tournament. Team Reps should send in a signed Tournament Agreement, the Team Registration form and payment to the AZ Region office on or before Jan 7th. The Team Registration form should list all the players expected to play with their team so that we can make sure they get placed on the roster. Reminder - there is a $55 team registration fee for all adult teams.

Payment for individual membership can be made with cash, check or credit card. Payment may be done online with a credit card. The AZ Region full adult membership is $55 for the 2018 season.

Adult players that are also registered with a Junior Club do not need to re-register but should be included on the Adult Team Registration form so we know they belong to the adult team. Please make sure to indicate that you are an adult player as well as a junior coach in WebPoint.

For the Individual:

• It would be best if the individual registered online in Webpoint. However for those that can't register online, please use the membership form and submit with appropriate payment.
