TEAM CAMPS

COACHES — IMPORTANT REMINDER

You are responsible for your team camp area and its cleanup.

Gym access is one of the hardest parts of running a successful season. Trash left behind and failure to follow facility rules are the #1 reason athletic directors hesitate to allow gym use. We must do better.

Please review & follow ALL facility expectations:

  • Keep food, drinks, coffee & coolers OUT of the gyms
  • NO cooking of any kind — no crock pots, hot plates, Sterno, chafing dishes, grills, or anything producing heat
  • Pick up ALL trash around your bench and team camp area
  • NO alcohol on site
  • Please leave televisions at home
  • Treat all facility staff with respect — they do have the authority to ask you to move items

♻️ PACK IT IN • PACK IT OUT ♻️

Due to the growing amount of trash left at tournament sites, the AZ Region has enacted a Pack It In / Pack It Out policy.

➡️ Whatever you bring to a tournament must leave with you. Recycle, reuse, or dispose of it at home.

This helps reduce waste, protects our relationships with facilities, and keeps events running smoothly. In this era of being green, let’s all do our part.

Thank you for helping protect our gyms, our events, and our season.

Food and beverages in the gym policy enforcement.

  • Any participant and/or spectator found with food/beverages (except for water in closed containers) in the gym will incur a 13 point penalty for their team in their next match
  • A report will be filed with the AZ Region Office.
  • Further violations by the same team will result in a $200 fine for each occurrence. The fine must be paid before the team will be allowed to continue participating.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING

NOTE:  Some locations charge a Spectator fee and/or Parking fee.  The fees and method of payment are specific to that site.  The sites that are charging and the fees being charged are listed on our Site Locations page.

  • Check AZ511 for any road closure information prior to leaving for your site.
