The Arizona Region of USA Volleyball extends our heartfelt thanks to the Wounded Warrior Project Adaptive Sports Program for partnering with us to introduce these incredible men and women to the sports of Sitting Volleyball and Para Beach Volleyball.

Arizona native and six-time Paralympic medalist Lora Webster traveled from New York to coach and work with the Warriors, while National Para Beach Coach Jon Aharoni joined us from San Diego to share his expertise and passion for the game.

To support continued growth in adaptive volleyball, the Region also donated volleyballs to Ability360, Arizona’s indoor sitting volleyball facility. The clinic concluded with a community barbecue at LaSalvia Veterans Ranch in Laveen, where Commissioner Harold Cranswick met the Warriors and event organizers.
