Guest Speaker Priscilla Tallman helps athletes, coaches and parents develop a healthy mindset and relationship with their sport, teammates and self. Building mental skills for sport and life, she helps athletes train their minds and emotions for better performance on the court and improved relationships and life skills off the court.

After attending Priscilla Tallman’s mental mindset session, I have learned that a healthy mindset can lead you to a higher performance on and off the court. Focusing on the positives, reframing negative thoughts into something encouraging, and focusing on “we” instead of “me” can have an effective result and also boost your confidence.
