The forms on this page are being readied for the 2024 season. Please do not print them off unless they say 2024 on them. We do not want to delete them below or we have to create the links back to Handbook over again. We will replace the forms as they are being made ready and approved.
Below are the documents and information you will need for the season. You can also find these documents in our online Handbook or in other parts of the website (for example under Coaches). To search in the online Handbook, type in 2024 in the search bar and it will bring up every document that has been revised for 2024 season.
The Boys' Club Forum meeting will be held on Saturday, Aug 5th at 10 am at Notre Dame Prep High School.
The General Assembly and the Girls' Club Forum will be held on Sunday, Sept 1t7h at the Phoenix Airport Hilton. You should receive an invite via Constant Contact in mid to late August to RSVP and sign up for additional sessions. Check your Junk folder for the email if you did not receive it. If you did not receive an invite by Sept 1, please contact office@azregionvolleyball.org.

If a coach is the coach for two teams in the same division, that is a risk the club is taking. We can no longer take this type of request. We simply have too many teams in the Region.
