2024 DESERT OPEN BEACH NATIONAL QUALIFIER - REGISTRATION LINKS

REGISTER FOR THESE DATES
- April 28th will be the 12's boys and girls in the morning pool, and the 16's boys and girls in the p.m. pool.
- May 5th will be the 14's girls and boys in the morning pool, while the 18's boys and girls will be in the p.m. pool.
The USA Volleyball Beach Tour is a joint effort between USA Volleyball and the 40 USAV regions for junior volleyball players.
We, the Arizona Region of USA Volleyball held a national qualifier in December 2023 for boys and girls divisions between 12 and 18 years. We'll hold a 2nd qualifier in April & May 2024.
Qualifying events distribute bids to the USA Volleyball Beach National Championship.
Every summer, the USA Volleyball Beach Tour culminates with the USA Volleyball Beach National Championship. This tournament provides young beach athletes an opportunity to compete for a national championship. Four divisions currently compete at the national championship: 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U.
2024 Championship information will be played in Fort Lauderdale, Florida July 12-17, 2024.
All competitors and coaches at a USA Volleyball Beach Tour tournament must be USA Volleyball members.

JUNIOR BOYS & GIRLS
THE 2024 JUNIOR BEACH PROGRAM RUNS MAY 14TH - JULY 21ST.
Download and mail in the registration form with a $20 check or register for Junior Beach Here. Make sure to log into your SportsEngine account when you are registering.
- Tourneys are held at Victory Lane Sports Park, 22603 N. 43rd Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85310
- The complex is located south of Pinnacle Peak Road on 43rd Avenue behind Wet 'n Wild Water Park. It's $3 to enter the park.
- "Please enter the park at your own risk ... Victory Lane is not responsible for gate entry refunds due to weather related delays or cancellations. Visitors wishing to leave and return in the same night must obtain a hand stamp at the gate."
- Tournament registration starts at 5pm, play starts at 6pm. If you arrive later than 6pm, you will only be able to participate if teams are needed to fill pools.
You may only bring water into the park.

MOTHER'S DAY AND FATHER'S DAY BEACH TOURNEYS
- Mother's tournament - Thursday, May 16th for all ages
- Fathers' tournament - Tuesday, June 18th (12s & 16s) & Thursday, June 20th (14s & 18s)
- Location: Victory Lane Sports Park
- 5:30pm Registration
- 6pm-9pm Start for All Age Groups
- $10 per son/daughter.
- MOMS & DADS ARE FREE!
You do not need to be a member of the Arizona Region Junior Beach Program to participate. But if you are not a member, you will need to fill out a one-event waiver on site.
Teams will register by their child's age; 12’s, 14’s, 16’s or 18’s.
*NOTE: Moms and Dads playing with more than one daughter will NOT be allowed to hold up the tournament flow and a team may have to be forfeited. Any special partner requests need to be cleared before the tournament by emailing outreach@azregionvolleyball.org. Special Rules will be reviewed at the beginning of the tournament.

- $20 per FAMILY TEAM
You do not need to be a member of the Arizona Region Junior Beach Program to participate. But if you are not a member, you will need to fill out a one-event waiver on site.
Teams will register by their OLDEST child's age; 12’s, 14’s, 16’s or 18’s.
*NOTE: Our Family Tournaments will use reverse coed rules. Only 2 Parents and 2 junior athletes can be on the court. Junior subs are allowed only. This is a FUN night and all participants are to be treated with respect. This is a chance to play with your older children, help teach your younger children, and enjoy a true family experience on the sand courts.
