As we start of the 2012 season let us be reminded that facilities are one of the most difficult parts of putting together a successful season. To that end, we MUST treat them with the utmost respect. That means keep your coffee, food and coolers outside, NO COOKING OF ANY KIND on the premesis, pick up all the trash around your bench area and your "camp" area, NO ALCOHOL on site, and park in designated parking spaces only. Treat all facility personnel as if they have the authority to ask you to move your stuff because they do. Thanks for your help in making this a very successful season.

Parents and Coaches - those teams scheduled in the PM wave should not arrive on site more than 1 hour prior to the afternoon wave start time. Parking is becoming an issue at several sites and teams arriving early is a problem. We build an hour in between the morning wave finish and the afternoon wave start to allow for the teams in the PM to arrive after the AM wave participants have left or are in the process of leaving. When teams arrive early there is not enough room to park both waves at all sites. Please help us in this endeavor by arriving no sooner than 1 hour prior to your wave start time. THANKS!

  • Coaches Meeting: 1/2 hour prior to start time
  • Tournament START Time:  AM Wave is 8 am, PM Wave is 3 pm.
  • Check-in should be completed at the tournament desk prior to the Coach's meeting. A picture ID for each coach on the roster is required along with a medical release form for each player on the roster. A current WebPoint roster is required to be signed and turned into the site director for use at the tournament.
  • Rosters are required to have correct jersey numbers. The rosters will be checked off by the site director at check in. The first tournament will have hand written names for those still in process. By tournament #2 this will not be allowed except for borrowed players.
  • New this year - One team will ref an entire match. The ref assignments are posted in the match info on the bracket sheet. Each team will supply an R2, 2 linesmen, Scorer, Libero Tracker and Score Flipper. The coach is required to be at the score table for teams in the 12's and 14's Division and courtside for all other ages. The work crew are not to leave their assignment unless the match ends or they are replaced by a teammate.
  • All Divisions - Following play 3 teams will move up and 3 teams will move down a division for the next tournament.
  • PLEASE!!! Let the Arizona Region Office know if you will not be at the tournament PRIOR to Saturday. There is a $100 fine for teams that "no-show". The point is that it creates a big problem if there is a team that does not show.
  • Coaches - please have your teams on site and ready to play at the start time even if they are to referee first round.  A "no show" at start time will change the division format immediately.  Everyone needs to be ready to play.
  • Coaches you must be available during ref assignments to help with scorekeeping and officiating.  You are also responsible for your parent's behavior and "team camp" area clean up.
  • ( ) around a team name indicates that we know that team is not playing in this tournament.
