12's Club Region Championships

Coaches must have a CURRENT Signuptoplay Roster, Medical Release forms and Picture ID to check in. Your team will not begin playing until these are presented to the Site Director. Penalty points will accrue until it is completed.

Region Championship Info - Please Read - This is a different type of tournament

Coaches meeting: 7:30 am, Play starts at 8 am. Afternoon bracket play is schedule to start at 12:30 or 2 pm depending on the division. Following movement, coaches are to check in with site director upon arrival at new site. Make sure to bring your pool play format page received at the morning coaches meeting to the new site.

Region Championship T-shirts will be sold at all sites. Cost is $15 per shirt. Cash or checks (payable to Arizona Region with team name in the memo) only. Find your team name on the shirt. They are all there!!

Awards Medals and Champion t-shirts will be given to the Gold Division champion in the AA and A Divisions. Medals will be given to the runner up in the Gold Divisions of the AA and A Division. Champion certificates will ge given to the winning team of each successive Division - Silver, Bronze, Flight 1, etc.

Format - Pool play followed by cross pool match to determine championship division bracket. If a team drops out of the pool play the two pools will turn into a 5 team pool on two courts - the 5 team pool format will be best two of three sets to 15. Teams 1-24 are competing in the AA Division;Teams 25-49 are competing in the A Division. All playoff brackets will be 4 or 5 team single elimination brackets with consolation games for place where the numbers allow.

Following Pool Play - each pool will cross match play with the other pool in their division. The #1 finishers will play each other, the #2 finishers will play each other and the #3 finishers will play each other. The 4th place team in 12A Pool A2 will not cross pool but will be placed in 12A Flight 3 Division bracket. The teams will then travel to their respective sites for championship play. Go directly to the site - do not stop for lunch. Bracket is schedule to START at 2 pm.

12AA Gold Division will be played at Barney Family Sports Complex - places 1-4 - winner of 1st place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12AA Silver Division will be played at Barney Family Sports Complex - places 5-8 - loser of 1st place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12AA Bronze Division will be played at Barney Family Sports Complex - places 9-12 - winner of 2nd place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12AA Flight 1 Division will be played at Barney Family Sports Complex - places 13-16 - loser of 2nd place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12AA Flight 2 Division will be played at Mesa HS - places 17-20 - winner of 3rd place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12AA Flight 3 Division will be played at Mesa HS - places 21-24 - loser of 3rd place cross pool matches in Div. A-D

12A Gold Division will be played at Atkinson Pavilions - places 25-28 - winner of 1st place cross pool in Pools A-D.

12A Silver Division will be played at Atkinson Pavilions- places 29-32 - loser of 1st place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12A Bronze Division will be played at Atkinson Pavilions - places 33-36 - winner of 2nd place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12A Flight 1 Division will be played at Atkinson Pavilions - places 37-40 - loser of 2nd place cross pool matches in Pools A-D.

12A Flight 2 Division will be played at Salvation Army - places 41-44 - winner of 3rd place cross pool matches in Pools A-D

12A Flight 3 Division will be played at Salvation Army - places 45-49 - loser of 3rd place cross pool matches in Pools A-D and 4th place in Pool 12A2.
