As we start of the 2010 season let us be reminded that facilities are one of
the most difficult parts of putting together a successful season. To
that end, we MUST treat them with the utmost respect. That means keep
your coolers outside, pick up all the trash around your bench area
and your "camp" area and park in designated parking spaces only. Treat
all facility personnel as if they have the authority to ask you to
move
your stuff
because
they
do. Thanks for your help in making this a very successful season.

- Coaches
Meeting: 8:30 START Time
- Tournament
START Time: 9 am
- Check-in should be completed at the tournament desk prior to the Coach's meeting.
A picture ID for each coach on the roster is required along with
a medical release form for each player on the roster. A current signuptoplay
roster is required to be signed and turned into the site director
for use at the tournament.
- Rosters are required to have correct jersey numbers. The rosters
will be checked off by the site director at check in.
- Format
- Divisions 1-6 - Divisions of 8 teams play two pools of 4. The top two finishers
go into the 4 team Championship bracket - play for 1st & 2nd and 3rd & 4th. The bottom two finishers in pool go into the 4 team Consolation bracket
- play for 5th & 6th place and 7th & 8th places.
- Format - Div 7 - 6 team pool. All teams will play each other over the course
of the day. There is no bracket play.
- All
Divisions - The top three teams will move up and the bottom three
teams will move down for the next tournament.
- PLEASE!!!
Let the Arizona Region Office know if you will not be at the tournament
PRIOR to Saturday. There is a $100 fine for teams that "no-show". The point is that it creates a big problem if there is a team that does not
show.
- Coaches
- please have your teams on site and ready to play at the start time
even if they are to referee first round. A "no show" at start time will change the division format immediately. Everyone needs to be ready to play.
- Coaches
you must be available during ref assignments to help with scorekeeping
and officiating. You are also responsible for your parent's behavior and "team camp" area clean up.

in this tournament.
