NOTE: This is the final Open Division power tournament. Teams will stay as they finish for seeding into the Region Championships. There will be no movement of teams up and down before the seeding is done.

Effective immediately there is no cooking of any kind at any of our sites by teams - no crock pots, sterno heated chafing dishes, barbeque grills (gas or otherwise), nothing that requires heating. Picnic tables are allowed for congregating and keeping food out of the gyms and in the team camp area. But please refrain from banquet tables with food spread out all day. Please also bring refillable bottles of water instead of relying on small bottles of water that are thrown away at the end of the day - most of them still very full. Please bag all your team's trash and take it home with you to dispose of. There is so much trash left at sites that we are on the verge of being charged for a trash dumpster at some sites. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

  • Coaches Meeting: 8:30 START Time or 1/2 hour before 1st match START time
  • Tournament START Time:  9 am - unless noted with site location above.
  • Check-in should be completed at the tournament desk prior to the Coach's meeting. A picture ID for each coach on the roster is required along with a medical release form for each player on the roster. A current signuptoplay roster is required to be signed and turned into the site director for use at the tournament.
  • Rosters are required to have correct jersey numbers. The rosters will be checked off by the site director at check in.
  • Format - Divisions 1-6 - Divisions of 8 teams play two pools of 4. The top two finishers go into the 4 team Championship bracket - play for 1st & 2nd and 3rd & 4th. The bottom two finishers in pool go into the 4 team Consolation bracket - play for 5th & 6th place and 7th & 8th places.
  • Format - Div 7 - 6 team pool. All teams will play each other over the course of the day. There is no bracket play.
  • All Divisions - The top three teams will move up and the bottom three teams will move down for the next tournament.
  • PLEASE!!! Let the Arizona Region Office know if you will not be at the tournament PRIOR to Saturday. There is a $100 fine for teams that "no-show". The point is that it creates a big problem if there is a team that does not show.
  • Coaches - please have your teams on site and ready to play at the start time even if they are to referee first round.  A "no show" at start time will change the division format immediately.  Everyone needs to be ready to play.
  • Coaches you must be available during ref assignments to help with scorekeeping and officiating.  You are also responsible for your parent's behavior and "team camp" area clean up.
  • ( ) around a team name indicates that we know that team is not playing in this tournament.
