NOTE: This tournament is a seeding tourament. Teams will come out in a ladder according to finish in division and the corresponding seed number for the next tournament. Following this tournament the 14's teams that did not qualify for Championship division on Jan 26th will be seeded into this group of teams.

This is Super Bowl Weekend with the game being held in Glendale and the FBR Phoenix Open Golf tournament being held in north Scottsdale. Please allow extra travel time as who knows how congested the traffic will be in all parts of the Phoenix Metro area.

Parents - There is no food or drink allowed (coffee included) in any of our gyms. We lose facilities because parents/teams will not obey these rules. Please respect our sites and keep all food and drink out of the gym! We can't afford to lose sites for any reason.

  • AM Wave: 8am START Time, unless otherwise stated in pool location
  • PM Wave:  3pm START Time, unless otherwise stated in pool location
  • Check-in should be completed prior to the Coach's meeting. Coaches are REQUIRED to have Medical Release forms for each player, a current SignUpToPlay roster and a picture ID at check-in.
  • All Coach's meetings are 1/2 hour prior to start time listed.
  • Formats for these tournaments are posted under Forms and Formats
  • PLEASE!!! Let the Arizona Region Office know if you will not be at the tournament PRIOR to Saturday. There is a $100 fine for teams that "no-show". The point is that it creates a big problem if there is a team that does not show.
  • All officiating assignments are shared reffing except during a 3, 4 or 5 team pool.  Individual team ref assignments are listed on the bracket sheet.
  • Coaches - please have your teams on site and ready to play at the start time even if they are to referee first round.  A "no show" at start time will change the division format immediately.  Everyone needs to be ready to play.
  • Coaches you must be available during ref assignments to help with scorekeeping and officiating.  You are also responsible for your parent's behavior and "team camp" area clean up.
  • ( ) around a team name indicates that we know that team is not playing in this tournament.
