Parents - There is no food or drink allowed (coffee included) in any of our gyms. We lose facilities because parents/teams will not obey these rules. Please respect our sites and keep all food and drink out of the gym! We can't afford to lose sites for any reason.

NOTE: There is now a $5 per car parking charge at Kingdom Courts all the time. There is free parking along Cholla Ave and at the Church of the Nation next to Castle Sports. This is due to damage to sprinklers and trash left on the lawns at Castle Sports. Please pick up your camp areas and take care of all the facilities that we use for tournaments.

  • AM Wave: 8am START Time, unless otherwise stated in pool location

  • Check-in should be completed prior to the Coach's meeting. Coaches are REQUIRED to have Medical Release forms for each player, a current SignUpToPlay roster and a picture ID at check-in.
  • All Coach's meetings are 1/2 hour prior to start time listed.
  • PLEASE!!! Let the Arizona Region Office know if you will not be at the tournament PRIOR to Saturday. There is a $100 fine for teams that "no-show". The point is that it creates a big problem if there is a team that does not show.
  • All officiating assignments are shared reffing except during a 3, 4 or 5 team pool.  Individual team ref assignments are listed on the bracket sheet.
  • Coaches - please have your teams on site and ready to play at the start time even if they are to referee first round.  A "no show" at start time will change the division format immediately.  Everyone needs to be ready to play.
  • Coaches you must be available during ref assignments to help with scorekeeping and officiating.  You are also responsible for your parent's behavior and "team camp" area clean up.
  • ( ) around a team name indicates that we know that team is not playing in this tournament.
