Ignite Volleyball Club 2014 Fall Clinic/Open Gyms
Looking to find a positive and challenging volleyball clinic/open gym for your son or daughter? Ignite VBC will be providing several open gyms and clinics in September, October and November designed to get your athlete ready for club season this fall. And also to have a great time playing the game we all love.
We will be providing something different than what you and your daughters may have experienced at some of the other area camps (tons of athletes on a court with 1 or 2 coaches – high athlete to coach ratio). We will keep the numbers low and coach ratio high.
The sessions will involve 30-45 minutes of skill development. Each week we’ll focus on a specific drill (serving, setting, passing, hitting, etc). We’ll be using our TiVo camera setup so that they see themselves doing the drill/skill. Studies have shown that visual feedback is best for motor skill learning. Then we’ll spend the remaining amount of time scrimmaging and playing specific game-like drills. You can find more information and register here - > http://ignitevbclub.com/2014-fall-clinics/
