Region Club Night - Sat. Oct 10
The
Arizona Region in conjunction with ASU Women's Volleyball
will hold a club volleyball night on Saturday, Oct
10th at ASU Wells Fargo Arena. The ASU Women's Volleyball
Team will host Oregon State University in the arena
at 7 pm. Clubs will be offered the opportunity to handout
their club information and talk to prospective players
and their parents before and after the match.
Admission
to Wells Fargo Arena for the Club Night and ASU match
is $3 for everyone wearing their club attire.
The
Arizona Region will have two tables at the Club Night.
One will hold information on participating with the
Special Olympics/Unified Sports in their summer games
next year. The second table will offer information
on opportunities that the Arizona Region offers - Junior
Official Development Program, Junior Beach, Junior
Boys and Junior Girls Play, Adult Play, etc.
The
Arizona Region in conjunction with the Kurt Warner
Foundation will be donating 30 balls to our troops
in Iraq and Afganistan. Come send them your best wishes
by signing one of the balls before they are donated.
Clubs wishing to donate balls may do so at WalMart
locations between Oct 26th and Nov 8th.
All
Clubs that want to participate in the Club Night must
notify the AZ Region office no later than Wed, Sept
30th. to be assigned a table.
