Arizona Foothills won the 12 & Under Regional Championship against Arizona Thunder Saturday evening, April 12, 2003, at Greenway High School. High Altitude won the Silver Division against Foothills 12-2, while the Phoenix Joy's Green won the Bronze Division against Zona 12-1.
