Posted 8/23/10 - Qualified Coaches Wanted! Based on the success of the White Tank Mountain Volleyball program, we continue to receive inquiries regarding our team offerings for the next club season. Our ability to grow our program in the quality manner that we demand is limited by two key factors, gym space and qualified coaches.

Heritage Elementary Charter School (just south of Glendale Ave andjust west of El Mirage Rd) will once again serve as our primary practice facility. We have been working towards securing one to two more facilities and hope to announce a second location in the next couple of weeks.

Qualified coaches are of paramount importance to our program as they hold the most important role, that of developing our club members. Attributes of a qualified coaching candidate for our program include, love of the game, love of children, passion for teaching and either experience coaching the game or playing the game at a high level. We are currently looking for coaches for various age groups, both travel and non-travel teams (out of town travel costs for travel team coaches are covered by the Club). We offer pay competitive with the most competitive clubs without the the adminstrative hassles. We register the teams, take care of the rosters, entry into tournaments, the fundraisers, etc.; we want you focused on what matters most - developing our players.

Interested, qualified candidates should contact Paul Vitola, Club Director, at wtmvc@yahoo.com
