The Arizona Region the USAV National Database WebPoint for the online membership registration. As a result most of the paper forms will no longer be required or accepted as they will be electronically signed and accepted on the WebPoint System. However there are still some forms that will need to be submitted for a membership to be accepted.

Once a person has registered on the WebPoint system the following additional forms will be needed to complete the registration process. Please look at all categories that you may be registering for. All payments for membership and/or background screens will be made directly to the Arizona Region.
