The times and locations will be posted as soon as possible. Clinics listed in black are $25 per person. Clinics listed in green are $50 per person.

IMPACT Attendees -
Please come prepared to participate on the court in drills or demonstrations and to take notes. An IMPACT Manual and Supplemental Handouts will be provided to each person attending the clinic.

New for 2008 season - The cost of each clinic is dependent on the timeframe it is taken. Clinics held between the General Assembly and December 16th are $25 per person. Clinics held between December 17th and January 13th will be $50 per person. Clinics held after January 14th will be a minimum of $100 per person. For those outside the Phoenix metro area - the first clinic held in your zone is $25 per person. The second clinic held in your zone (if needed) is $50 per person. Payment can be made at the door, sent in prior to the clinic or billed to the club. You will need prior approval from your club for the fee to be charged to the club. Cash, credit card, or checks payable to Arizona Region are acceptable forms of payment. Clinics listed above are: $25 per person, $50 per person

Northern and Southern Arizona Clinics
Coaches in the Southern Region can sign up for IMPACT clinics in Tucson. The dates and locations will be posted on the schedule as they are known. Coaches in the Northern Region will also have clinics held in Flagstaff or Prescott at least once a season. NOTE: the first clinic held in your zone is $25 per person. The second clinic held in your zone (if needed) is $50 per person.

Hosting IMPACT
We are always looking for sites for IMPACT clinics. If you would like to host an IMPACT Clinic, let us know the date and time your site is available. A minimum of 4 hours is required to have an IMPACT Clinic. A classroom next to the gym is recommended but not required. If a gym only, there must be bleachers or chairs for the participants to sit on and a white board or chalk board. Your club will be credited 4 IMPACT Clinics for hosting an IMPACT Clinic.

USAV Begins IMPACT Webinars

Day 1

·         Part 1 of the IMPACT Webinar will begin at 5:00 pm MT (4 pm PT and 7 pm ET).  It will last approximately 2.5 hours (including Q & A and breaks). 

Day 2

·         Part 2 will begin will begin at 5:00 pm MT (4 pm PT and 7 pm ET) for another 2.5 hour time block.

·         The registration INCLUDES BOTH Part 1 and Part 2 on the selected night. 
·         Cost for these IMPACT online Webinars is $40 per individual until 11/23/2007; after that date late registration fees (+$10) will apply.
·         Attendees taking advantage of early Webinars will enjoy a lower fee; as we approach the 2008 Junior Championships, prices will go up, so register to attend NOW!

SMALL GROUP IMPACT WEBINAR

We are also offering a DISCOUNTED PRICE for small groups of coaches from the same club/organization who wish to gather at one location, with access via one log-in/internet connection and one phone line.  This special price is $350 for a group of up to 10 coaches.  Please pass this on to your Club Director's and encourage them to contact us for more details if interested, or they may register for the group on line at the same link as above.

Once individuals or small groups register online, they will receive a confirmation email with Webinar log-in instructions and links to the pertinent materials for their chosen date. 

Students will need a laptop or desktop computer and a phone line for the 800 number call to access the audio portion of the presentation (a speakerphone option is best for this, or a headset that can plug into your phone (or into your computer if using that to call into the webinar).

Immediately after each Webinar session (Part 1 & 2), attendees will receive an on-screen Webinar evaluation survey, and another email with follow within 2 days with the online testing instructions. IMPACT students will have 2 weeks following the Webinar to take and pass the IMPACT test online.  At the end of the 2 week period, USAV will issue IMPACT certificates via email to coaches with passing test scores - and will copy that coach's home Region Office as well.

A further schedule for additional IMPACT Webinar dates for the remainder of 2007 and into 2008 will be released following the November Webinars.
