The schedule will be expanded as soon as the full schedule is ready. The times and locations will be posted as soon as possible. Clinics listed in black are $25 per person. Clinics listed in green are $50 per person. To sign up for a clinic email (azvolley@qwestoffice.net) or call (602/454-1367) the Region Office to reserve a spot. IMPACT Attendees - The cost of each clinic is dependent on the timeframe it is taken. Clinics held between the General Assembly and the end of December are $25 per person. Clinics held after the beginning of January will be $50 per person. Clinics held after January 14th will be a minimum of $100 per person. For those outside the Phoenix metro area - the first clinic held in your zone is $25 per person. The second clinic held in your zone (if needed) is $50 per person. Payment can be made at the door, sent in prior to the clinic or billed to the club. You will need prior approval from your club for the fee to be charged to the club. Cash, credit card, or checks payable to Arizona Region are acceptable forms of payment. Clinics listed above are: $25 per person, $50 per person Northern and Southern Arizona Clinics Hosting IMPACT USAV IMPACT Webinars USA Volleyball will again be offering IMPACT Webinars for coaches to take IMPACT online. The webinars require two consecutive evenings and a test to be completed to receive certification. Below is the webinar dates as of Sept 2009. Changes to the schedule may happen. Please check the USAV website to register and for a current/complete schedule. Unless stated otherwise, all Webinars between January 1 and April 30, 2010 (end of Qualifier season) will be scheduled from 7:30 to 10:00 pm EST each night (6:30 CST; 5:30 MST; 4:30 PST) and the Regular registration cost is $65 per coach (late fees may apply if registering within 2 days of the start of a Webinar Clinic date). Group discounts are still available during this period to Clubs or Regions for groups of 10 (or more) attending in one location. EARLY/PRE-SEASON Period Webinar Dates:

Unless stated otherwise, all Webinars between May 1 and June 30, 2010 will be scheduled from 7:30 to 10:00 pm EST each night (6:30 CST; 5:30 MST; 4:30 PST) and cost $80 per coach (late fees may apply if registering within 2 days of the start of a Webinar Clinic date). USAV Education reserves the right to cancel June dates with fewer than 5 coaches registered; coaches will be re-assigned to the next available date in this case; June 20th and 27th “Last Chance” Webinars will be held regardless of enrollment. The registration INCLUDES BOTH Part 1 and Part 2 on the selected night.Cost for these IMPACT online Webinars are $65 per individual until 5/1/2010, $80 per individual between 5/1/2010 and 6/27/2010; (late fees may apply if registering within 2 days of the start of a Webinar Clinic date)·Attendees taking advantage of pre-season or in-season Webinars will enjoy a lower fee; as we approach the 2010 Junior Championships, prices will go up, so register to attend NOW! SMALL GROUP IMPACT WEBINAR USAV are also offers a DISCOUNTED PRICE for small groups of coaches from the same club/organization who wish to gather at one location, with access via one log-in/internet connection and one phone line. Contact USAV for pricing for a group of up to 10 coaches. Please pass this on to your Club Director's and encourage them to contact us for more details if interested, or they may register for the group on line at the same link as above. Once individuals or small groups register online, they will receive a confirmation email with Webinar log-in instructions and links to the pertinent materials for their chosen date. Students will need a laptop or desktop computer and a phone line for the 800 number call to access the audio portion of the presentation (a speakerphone option is best for this, or a headset that can plug into your phone (or into your computer if using that to call into the webinar). Immediately after each Webinar session (Part 1 & 2), attendees will receive an on-screen Webinar evaluation survey, and another email with follow within 2 days with the online testing instructions. IMPACT students will have 2 weeks following the Webinar to take and pass the IMPACT test online. At the end of the 2 week period, USAV will issue IMPACT certificates via email to coaches with passing test scores - and will copy that coach's home Region Office as well.
