Teams
are displayed in alphabetical order by Level of Play until tournament
play is confirmed. By Wed, May 2nd, teams will be seeded and
sites posted. NOTE: Pay as You Go tournament
entries are due in the Region office 10 Days prior to the tournament.
If a tournament entry is received after that there is no guarantee
that you will be accepted into the tournament.
NOTE: All tournament contracts should be paid in full.
For the Region Championships tournament: To be eligible to participate and
win the awards associated with the Region Championships the team
must be made up of players that have played in at least two regular
tournaments with the team they are playing with. Teams that have
ineligible players are still allowed to participate but they will
not be allowed to advance to the Championship bracket portion of
the tournament.
All players must be registered in the WebPoint registration system prior to playing in any tournament. All individual memberships should be paid online or directly to the AZ Region office. Click here to go to the Join the Region page to register on WebPoint.
Our gym selections this year are limited in Tucson. Our attempt will be to schedule one division in Tucson each tournament. Everyone should plan to play in Tucson at least once.

Tournament Withdrawl Policy: If you are confirmed to play and do not show up for the tournament, your team
WILL BE FINED $100. If your team is unable to play, you MUST notify the AZ Region office NO LATER
than Thursday prior to the tournament to avoid a penalty. You will be assessed a $50 late withdrawl penalty if you withdraw Friday after
12 noon - prior to the tournament because we will have to reformat
and reprint the tournament materials. If you withdraw Friday after the office closes, you will be a no show. These fines must be paid prior to your team playing in another sanctioned tournament. These fines are in addition to the loss of entry fee for the tournament.
