There
will be a score/ref clinic at 8:30 am at all sites. Make sure
to have a minimum of three players for each position attend the
clinic. Captain's meeting will be at 9:30 am for a 10 am Start.
Teams that do not have a representative at the Captains' meeting
or 6 players on site by the Captain's meeting will
be at
risk for
forfeiting
matches.
No
switching of matches to accomodate late players will happen.
BE ON TIME!!!!
Note
for Tucson Sites: Make sure to get off the freeway at Prince
(coming from the North) and at the I-19 junction (if coming from
the south) and use the frontage road. The I-10 freeway is under
construction. You MUST use the frontage road to get through Tucson
if you want
to be
able to exit anywhere in town.

Tournament
Withdrawl Policy: If you are confirmed to
play and do not show up for the tournament, your team
WILL BE FINED $100. If your team is unable to
play, you MUST notify the AZ Region office NO LATER
than Thursday prior to the tournament to avoid a penalty. You
will be assessed a $50 late withdrawl penalty if you
withdraw Friday after 12 noon - prior to the tournament
because we will have to reformat and reprint the tournament
materials. If you withdraw Friday after the office
closes, you will be a no show. These fines
must be paid prior to your team playing in another
sanctioned
tournament. These fines are in addition to
the loss of entry fee for the tournament. |
